Thank you for joining Euphoria Carnival Troupe for St. Thomas Carnival 2026 — we’re excited to have you! Please note that all costumes are custom-made, and a non-refundable deposit of $350, in addition to a $150 registration fee, is required to confirm your registration.
Refund / Return Policy
Please note that all carnival costumes are custom-made. As a result, all deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable once submitted.
Additionally, the following policies apply:
- NO exchanges or switching of sections
- NO changes to measurements or sizes once submitted
- NO costume transfers to another person
- NO returns accepted under any circumstances
By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above.
